Cycle 3 is celebration time. You would have gotten though the hard times of not chewing. You'll break your fast. This cycle is characterized by water intake and fruit's only intake. This is intended to eliminate all of the waste that had been released during.

I'M READY SIGN ME UP FOR PURE VISIONS 2020 NOW!

FULL OUTLINE & TOPICS

The objective of this course is to provide you with a thorough cleansing program over the course of 21-days. Pure Visions 2020 is about paving your own way and creating your own vision. Together we will forge a matured beginning, which will utilize the tools we've learned from our teachers, experiences and learned wisdom.

The program includes 4 cycles:

  • Pre-Detox
  • Juice Fasting
  • Fast Breaking
  • Post Fast Intake

CYCLE 1: Pre-Detoxification - 5 days, Days 1 through 5: This initial cycle is characterized by consumption of hydrating and cleansing foods and fruits meals, which are designed to loosen and eliminate any immediate waste products from the colon area specifically. We accomplish this by making sure most of the meals are hydrating fruits and fruit-veggies. This cycle also includes recommendations for herbal remedies that will assist in breaking up any constipation before the Juice Fasting cycle begins. This cycle also focuses on increasing hydration in the body, which will also allow waste to move more harmoniously during the Juice Fasting cycle, as nothing will move accordingly inside a dry body.

  • Back2live Living Foods Consumption Theory - where we'll go over the various categories of foods, their purposes and functions to the human body
  • What, How and When to consume various foods from these classifications
  • Prepping mentally, emotionally, physically for fasting with Chef India tool kit

  • Solstice 2020 - why this sacred and mystical time is set to forge a new vision into future movements.

Live Webinars & Lesson Plans for Cycle 1:

  • Making Delicious Salads with low fats, with Chef India Camiel
  • 5 Different Ways to Up Greens Intake with Chef India Camiel
  • How to handle cravings, with Chef India Camiel
  • Gentle Yoga Flow  with Angelica Tonatzin. Angelica will share a gentle Yoga flow to open the lymphatic system, soothe the GI tract and calm the mind.
  • Breathe Session work with Chef India. This per-recorded session is designed to share India's breathing practice, which removes waste through the breath, calms the nervous system and brings total awareness to ones thoughts, emotions and body disposition.

Specific Lesson Plans include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. The body, the function of eating
  2. Preparing for the Release
  3. Setting Intentions & ways to accomplish purification goals

CYCLE 2 - Juice Fasting, - 7 Days, Days 6 through 12: This cycle is characterized by filtered liquid intake. You will be guided to intake up to 1 gallon of liquid per day, more if necessary. This cycle is designed to do the following: 

1. Hydrate the organs/glands, tissues and GI system

2. Clear the lymphatic system

3. Release waste from tissues, muscles, organs and digestive system in particular

4. Eliminate waste at a stage 1 level, which has been stuck in the GI tract. NOTE: most of the elimination will occur during the Fast Breaking period. During this cycle period it can be expected that bowel movements will slow and maybe even cease after the first 3-4 days of the liquid fast.

Webinar Sessions & Lesson Plans:

*Juice Intake Schedule, Day 2's Juice Recipe Workshop: Chef India will guide you through creating your juices for Day 2 of the fasting period. This webinar includes Back2live's juicing intake theory. It also will include why she uses specific juices, when and why to intake them. 

*Electric Juice Webinar- India will walk you through her favorite Electric juices, which allow optimal flow of waste release from the body and even elimination out of the body. These juices are primarily fruit juices. We will cover a non-sweet fruit juice however for those who are more inclined to intake less sugar during this period.

*Stabilizing Juice Webinar - India will guide you through her techniques and recipes in making slamming veggie juices that are not harsh in taste, yet provides a level of stability to the detox process as well as vital minerals.

*Physical Tension Release Session with India Camiel - Participants will join India in the pre-recorded stretch tension release session. India has created a list of stretches that she has modified and created to fit her unique needs in tension release.

Specific Lesson Plans include but are not limited to the following:

  • Getting through the emotional, mental and physical release
  • Aiding the release with various techniques India will share with you
  • Re-programing Your Blueprint
  • Engaging and allowing the release
  • Trauma Recall, release and healing through fasting

* Guided Meditation and Setting the Foundations for Creating Sacred Space with Angelica Tonatzin - This session live or pre-recorded will cover ways you can capitalize off intention setting, light meditation and self quiet time to ground yourself during your Cycle 2 releases that are bound to arise and even cause some level of discomfort.  


CYCLE 3 - Breaking The Fast - 4 Days, Days 13 through 16: This cycle is characterized by water intake and fruit's only intake. This is intended to eliminate all of the waste that had been released during Cycle 2. This is one of the most important steps in the purification program. This is where you might experience the bulk of your cravings, as you will be opening back up the eating machine, but must remain diligent in your discipline not to consume anything outside of the provided guided meal plan of HYDRATING FRUITS ONLY.

CYCLE 4, Completion, Eating Clean Following The Fast, Post Fast 5 Days, Days 17 through 21: This final cycle is intended to do the following:

  • Provide a blueprint for you to continue to live in optimal hydration mode through proper food consumption
  • Provide you with the tools to prepare clean cooked vegan foods
  • Provide you with the tools so you can stay All Live or primarily All Live following the fast and 21-day program
  • Bring equilibrium back to the system
  • Re-building the structure by putting back the proper nutrients with proper food intake.
