Here some general information about the consult that you may find useful:

1. I am not a doctor and cannot diagnose any ailment. Our Professional Disclaimer form must be completed and submitted back to me prior to our consultation.

2. Once payment is received, you'll receive an email with the links to the health report card form as well as the Proffesional Disclaimer form.

3. I review what you submit and create a PDF and send it to you. We schedule a time to actually meet online for the consult and go over my suggestions provided in the PDF.

4. There are no refunds once service is ordered and rendured. However, if you have not began the process of consultation, meaning I have not begun on compiling your information and we havn't met online, We will issue a refund. No problem.
